Terms of Service & Community Standards

These terms are an agreement between you and Unattended Income ("we," "us," or "our") covering your use of the Unattended Income membership hub — including coaching chat, video courses, the resource library, call booking, and the embedded People Finder tool. By using the hub you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the hub. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. Membership and billing
Membership is purchased through Whop (whop.com), which handles all billing. The standard membership is a recurring monthly subscription; premium tiers, including the full course with 1-on-1 coaching, are also sold through Whop. Renewals, payment methods, cancellation, and any refunds are managed in your Whop account — we do not process payments directly. Canceling stops future billing but does not retroactively refund past charges unless Whop's or the offer's refund terms say otherwise.
2. License to course content
When your membership is active, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the course videos, resources, and other materials in the hub for your own education and business use. You may not download (except where the app provides it), copy, record, redistribute, resell, publicly post, or share course videos or materials, and you may not share your account. All content remains the property of Unattended Income or its licensors. This license ends when your membership ends.
3. Community standards
The chat exists so members can get real help from the coaching team. Keep it professional. The following are not allowed anywhere in the hub:
- Harassment, bullying, or personal attacks
- Hate speech or discrimination of any kind
- Threats or encouragement of violence
- Sexual or sexually explicit content
- Spam, unsolicited promotion, or repeated off-topic messages
- Illegal content or content that encourages illegal activity
- Impersonating other members, coaches, or staff
We may remove content that violates these standards and may suspend or terminate accounts of members who violate them, with or without warning depending on severity. You can report content in the app; we review every report promptly, within 24 hours.
4. Acceptable use of People Finder
People Finder is a lead-lookup tool that surfaces business contact information about venue owners and other business contacts, compiled from public records and licensed data sources. Access to it comes with strict conditions:
- Lawful business outreach only. People Finder may be used solely to identify and contact venues and business owners about vending-machine placements and related lawful business purposes.
- Not a consumer reporting agency. People Finder is not a consumer reporting agency, and the information it provides is not a "consumer report" under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You may not use it, in whole or in part, for any purpose covered by the FCRA — including evaluating a person's eligibility for employment, housing or tenancy, credit, or insurance.
- No misuse against individuals. You may not use People Finder to stalk, harass, intimidate, or locate any person, or to contact individuals for any non-business purpose.
- You own your outreach compliance. You are solely responsible for making sure your calls, texts, and emails comply with applicable telemarketing and anti-spam laws, including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM, as well as any state-law equivalents.
Violating this section is grounds for immediate loss of People Finder access and termination of your membership. Lookup credits are subject to People Finder's own limits and pricing shown in the tool.
5. Termination
You can end your membership at any time by canceling through Whop, and you can delete your account and data in the app (Settings → Delete account). Deleting your account also cancels an active subscription billed through Whop at the end of the paid period, so you are not charged again; a subscription billed through Apple must be canceled in your Apple subscription settings, because Apple does not allow anyone else to cancel it. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, misuse People Finder, or use the hub in a way that harms other members or the service. Sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination (including the content license restrictions, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.
6. Disclaimers
The hub and everything in it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The course is education, not a promise: we do not guarantee any level of income, business results, or specific outcomes from applying what you learn. We also do not guarantee that People Finder data is complete, current, or accurate — verify contact information before relying on it.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unattended Income and its owners, coaches, and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the hub. Our total liability for any claim relating to the hub is limited to the amount you paid us through Whop in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above; for material changes we will also notify you in the app. Continuing to use the hub after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
