Unattended Income · Last updated: August 30, 2026
Unattended Income ("we," "us," or "our") operates a paid membership hub for members of our vending-machine business course. The hub includes coaching chat, video courses, a resource library, call booking, and an embedded lead-lookup tool called People Finder. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the hub, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email us at support@unattendedincome.com.
1. Information we collect
Account information from Whop. You sign in through Whop (whop.com), the platform that handles membership and billing. When you sign in, Whop shares your name, username, email address, Whop user ID, and membership status with us so we can create your account and confirm what your membership includes. Whop processes all payments — we never see or store your card number or other payment details.
Content you provide. This includes your profile photo (stored in our cloud storage), the bio and location you write on your profile, the messages you exchange with the coaching team in chat (stored in our database), and the details of any coaching calls you book (time and topic).
Usage data. We record your course progress, in-app presence and session time, and which features you use. This data powers a coach-facing dashboard: your coaches can see your engagement, course progress, and People Finder usage statistics so they can support you better. That is its purpose — helping the coaching team help you.
The AI coaching assistant. Part of the coaching chat is answered by an AI assistant (it is labeled as the Unattended Income Assistant in the app and will tell you it is an AI if you ask). To generate its replies, the messages and photos you send in that chat — along with your first name, course progress, and the goal you set in the welcome quiz — are processed by the AI providers named in section 5. Messages answered by the human coaching team are not sent to AI providers.
Push notification tokens. If you turn on notifications, your device gives us a token we use to deliver them. If you leave notifications off, we never collect one.
2. The People Finder tool
People Finder is a lead-lookup tool embedded in the hub. It is operated as a separate product, and three kinds of data flow between it and us:
- Single sign-on. So you don't have to log in twice, we share your name, email address, and Whop user ID with People Finder when you open it.
- Usage statistics. People Finder reports your usage (number of lookups and searches) back to us, which appears on the coach dashboard described above.
- Information about third parties. People Finder surfaces business contact information about people you look up — typically venue owners — compiled from public records and licensed data sources. Its use is limited to lawful business outreach under the acceptable-use rules in our Terms of Service. If you believe your own information appears in People Finder and you want it removed, email support@unattendedincome.com and we will forward your request to the data provider.
3. How we use your information
- To operate the hub: your account, chat, courses, bookings, and the resource library.
- To let the coaching team see your engagement, progress, and People Finder usage so they can coach you effectively.
- To generate the AI assistant's coaching replies in chat, as described in section 1.
- To send push notifications you have opted into (for example, replies from your coach).
- To respond when you contact support.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
4. What we don't do
- We do not show ads.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
- We do not embed third-party analytics SDKs in the app.
5. Who we share information with
We share personal information only where it is needed to run the service: with Whop (sign-in, membership, and billing), with People Finder (the single sign-on data described above), with the AI providers that power the coaching assistant — Anthropic and OpenAI — which process the assistant-chat content described in section 1 solely to generate replies (under API terms that do not permit training their models on it), and with the cloud infrastructure providers that host our database, file storage, and servers on our behalf: Supabase (database and file storage) and Render (application servers). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our members or others. We do not share your information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
6. Data security
All data moves between your device and our servers over encrypted connections (TLS). Access to production systems and member data is restricted to the people who need it to operate the service. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for security from the start and limit what we collect to what the service actually needs.
7. Retention and deleting your account
We keep your information for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete account. Deletion permanently removes your profile, photo, chat history, bookings, and activity records from our systems, and cancels an active subscription billed through Whop at the end of the paid period. Your Whop account itself is separate and managed at whop.com. If you have questions or need help with deletion, email support@unattendedincome.com.
8. Children
The hub is a business-education product for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above. For material changes, we will also notify you in the app.
